Backing Low-Carbon Communities

By supporting programs and partnerships that reduce climate and environmental impact and provide relief and resilience to natural and man-made disasters, we will help contribute to protecting, restoring and sustainably managing global ecosystems to address climate challenges and promote resilient communities.

Advance local climate innovation and solutions, particularly in urban areas through:

  1. Programs, partnerships, and action focused on energy transition, emission reduction, and efficiency
  2. Community-led climate projects focused on nature-based or clean energy initiatives, including those led by underrepresented groups.
  3. Disaster relief and resilience building programs and initiatives in extreme weather prone areas and cities where our colleagues and customers live and work to provide immediate and/or long-term relief to natural and man-made disasters and help create climate-resilient communities.
